It’s just two days away – another huge celebration where you get to reunite with family and friends. There’s just one catch: Figuring out what to wear for a holiday is not always easy.
So, I’ve come up with a few ideas for you. Whether you have brunch, church or a party planned for the occasion, I’ve got you covered.
First lets start with some color. Since Easter is known for its use of pastels, this time of year is great for adding a pop of color to your look. (I usually sick to blue to bring out my eye color.)
Elizabeth and James jersey dress / Dorothy Perkins nude pumps, $54 / Neiman Marcus shoulder handbag / Marc by Marc Jacobs gold stud earrings / Linda Farrow round sunglasses / Kate Spade tech accessory / Chanel fragrance
Looking for something a little different? Here are two more tips….
Don’t be afraid to add a little edge. If you like wearing styles with more defined silhouettes and unexpected accents, a multi-colored eyelet may be best for you. The eyelet can let the fabric breathe a bit more, demanding on how it’s cut, and the different colors give it the wow factor.
When is doubt, go for something white. A soft white outfit works with just about every skin tone, accentuates your features and can be paired with almost every accessory. Feeling bold? Try pairing your all-white ensemble with fun metallic accessories. It will make a cute statement and still work well for photos.
White tank / MICHAEL Michael Kors wide leg trousers, $155 / Jimmy Choo high heel shoes, $740 / Boohoo white purse / Topshop ring, $12 / Chanel earrings / Tech accessory / Tech accessory, $64 / Christian Dior sunglasses / Essie nail polish
See anything you like? No matter what outfit your choose, just remember to stay true to your personal style and you’ll be fine.
Happy Saturday and an early Happy Easter, everyone!
